Video site-specific performance shot in Abney Park Cemetry (London). Danse Macabre reflects upon the process of denial faced by a queer individual during the acceptance of its own identity.

Danse Macabre is about the death of the self, the end of your own existence that culminates with a dwelling process after denying who you are.  This metaphorical death opens the way  to acceptance of your real self. Thus this site-specific performance and this experimental danse over a tombstone becomes a transitory, liberating, romantic and metamorphic death.

Es la muerte del yo, de la propia existencia, que culmina con el proceso de negación, con el luto previo al proceso de aceptación del yo real; una muerte transitoria, liberadora, romántica y transformadora precedida por una danza experimental.
